February flew by in a whirlwind of pages, caffeine, and questionable life choices (aka staying up way too late reading “just one more chapter”). I tackled some incredible reads, fell head over heels for new characters, and maybe even found a new favorite author. Now, with spring around the corner and my TBR pile looking at me like I owe it money, it’s time to see what March has in store!

📚 February Wrap-Up

This month, I devoured six books, and honestly? It was a ride. Here are the highlights:

⭐ Favorites of the Month

Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros – This book had everything: heart-pounding action, emotional wreckage, and just the right amount of “oh no, I’m too attached to these characters” drama. Every twist and turn had me gasping, and I’m still recovering. 10/10 would recommend for the emotional turmoil alone.

Practice Makes Perfect by Sarah Adams – Small-town charm? Check. Witty banter? Check. Slow-burn romance that had me screaming at the characters to just kiss already? Absolutely. This book was the perfect mix of heartfelt moments and laugh-out-loud fun, and I adored every second of it.

📖 Other Reads

When in Rome by Sarah Adams – Five stars, no notes. This book was peak swoony perfection with lovable characters, the ideal small-town setting, and a romance so sweet it gave me cavities.

Beg, Borrow, or Steal by Sarah Adams – A fun, heartwarming read with great banter and endearing characters—just not quite as magical as some of her others. Still, a solid four-star read that left me smiling!

Accidentally Amy by Lynn Painter – This was my book club’s pick, and let’s just say… they loved it more than I did. Three stars because it was the right book at the wrong time for me, but hey, at least my book club besties had a great time!

Laid by the Lint Trap Monster: A Sentient Object Quickie by Holly Wilde – Listen, I don’t even know how to explain this one. It was 14 pages long, and I still wish I hadn’t wasted my reading time on it. Two stars, and one of those is just for the sheer absurdity of it all.

🌸 March Hopefuls

March is here, and my TBR is looking at me like, “You really think you can read all of us?” To which I say: Watch me struggle, but watch me try. Here’s what’s at the top of my ambitious (possibly delusional) reading list:

📖 Into the Woods by Jenny Holiday – Described as a heartfelt, introspective romance about escaping into nature to find clarity—only to discover love along the way. With camping mishaps, big life decisions, and plenty of personal growth, it’s said to be the perfect mix of emotional depth and swoon-worthy moments and I am here for it.

📖 Dream Girl Drama by Tessa Bailey – Tessa Bailey writes spice like it’s her full-time job (because, well, it is), and I’m here for the drama, the heat, and the inevitable “Why are they so bad at communicating but also so hot??” moments.

📖 Dating and Dragons by Kristy Boyce – I heard “dating” and “dragons” and immediately blacked out before adding this to my TBR. Give me nerdy romance, fantasy fun, and just a touch of chaos, please and thank you.

📖 A River Enchanted by Rebecca Ross (Spellbound book club pick) – This one has been on my radar forever, so shoutout to my book club for finally forcing me to pick it up. Magic, mystery, and lyrical writing? Say less.

📖 Dreadful by Caitlin Rozakis (Dead Tree Lovers book club pick) – The title alone makes me feel like this book gets me. Here for the dark humor, fantasy nonsense, and whatever dreadful delight awaits.

📖 Ne’er Duke Well by Alexandra Vasti (That’s What She Read OKC book club pick) – I mean, with a title like that, how could I not be intrigued? Hoping for witty banter, historical romance, and a duke who is just the right amount of disaster.

📖 The Fall Risk by Abby Jimenez (ARC) – I have yet to read an Abby Jimenez book that didn’t wreck my emotions, so I’m mentally preparing myself for laughter, tears, and probably texting my friends at 2 a.m. about fictional people.

📖 Well, Actually by Mazey Eddings (ARC) – Give me neurodivergent rep, banter, and romance wrapped up in Mazey Eddings’ signature charm, and I’ll be one happy reader.

📖 The Blonde Who Came in from the Cold by Ally Carter (ARC) – Spies, intrigue, and a title that sounds like it belongs in a classic film? I’m intrigued. Let’s see if this blonde delivers the drama.

Will I read all of these? No idea. Will I attempt it with the confidence of a reader who keeps pretending they don’t have a million unread books already? Absolutely.

What’s on your March TBR? Let’s discuss before I inevitably add more books to my list! 😆📚✨

See you in the comments,
