Her Soul For A Crown by Alysha Rameera is a debut fantasy romance that completely drew me in. The story is full of magic, mythology, and lush worldbuilding inspired by Sri Lankan legends. Rameera makes it easy to dive into a new world without ever feeling lost, which is such a win for readers like me who love immersive settings.

Anula, our heroine, is smart, snarky, and refuses to let anyone tell her what to do. I loved her voice—it leaps off the page and makes her feel so real. The romance is slow-burn and feels natural, with just the right amount of tension and emotional pull. I rooted for these characters the whole way through.

The mythology and magic are woven seamlessly into the story. Gods, spirits, and ancient legends shape the world and the characters in ways that feel epic but never overwhelming. It’s fresh, original, and easy to get lost in.
